We lovingly prepare and pack each order by hand, and aim to dispatch within 5 working days (Monday–Friday). During busy or peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer — but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times may vary and are unfortunately outside of our control. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days once dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
